I really like to blame someone else for my life, and we have all done that.  The Spirit of God says, “ I have set life and death before you today.’’  We would like to blame everyone but ourselves.  My wife or my husband, the pastor, my kids, or my child-hood.  There have been many success stories of people that rose above their circumstances.  You can to.  Choose life and blessings.  It is in your court.  Rise above your past life and let God’s word direct your future.

Some of the laws of the New Testament.

1. Love God and your neighbor and receive eternal life.
    [ Luke 10-27 ]
2. Forgive and you will receive forgiveness  [ Mark 11-25-26 ]
3. Give and you will be given to.  [ Luke  6-38 ]
6. Be doers of the word and receive the benefits from God.
    [James 1-22]
7. Abide in Him and His word and receive anything you desire.
    [ John 15-7 ]
8. Meditate on the Word of God and receive life, health and prosperity.  [ Phil 4-8 ] [ Joshua 1-8 ] [ Psalm 1-[2-4] ]

Philippians 4-8

8.  Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy---meditate on these things.

Joshua [1-8 ]

8.  “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.  For then you make your way prosperous, and then you have good success.”

Psalm [1-[2-3] ]

2.  But his delight is in the law of the Lord.  And in His law he meditates day and night.
3.  He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water,  That brings forth fruit in its season,  Whose leaf also shall not wither: And whatever he does shall prosper.

Going back to the words spoken in proverbs 4 - [20-22 ]
The word of God is Medicine and healing to your body.

In the New Testament Romans 10: 6-9 & 10 & 17 is Comparable to Deuteronomy [ 30:11-19]

Romans 10: 6-10 & 17

6.  But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, ‘Do not say in
your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven? ‘[ that is to bring Christ  down from above ]
7.  Or, ‘Who will descend into the abyss: ‘ [ that is, to bring Christ up from the dead ]
8. But what does it say? “ The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart: [ that is, the word of faith which we preach. ]
10.  For with the heart one believes unto righteousness and with mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
17.  So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

Notice, the Word is first in your mouth and [then] in your heart.  God’s Word becomes engrafted into your heart as you speak it.  There is nothing more important to your faith than declaring what God has said about you with your own voice.  Giving voice to God’s Word is a method of calling for things that God has given by promise and are not yet manifest.

When you do this, some would say that you are denying what exists, but that’s not true at all.  You are establishing what God has said to be true concerning healing even though it is not yet a reality in you body.
