Isaiah 55-11
11. So shall my word be that Goethe forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I send it.
Isaiah 57-19. I create the fruit of the lips: peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the Lord: and I will heal him.
We are to return His word by giving voice to it, and He will create the fruit of our lips. In other words, the Lord will take His words
you speak and give substance or life to them.
Mark 11-23
23. “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Mark 5 [ 24-34 ]
24. So Jesus went with him, and a great multitude followed Him and thronged Him.
25. Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years.
26. And had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better but rather grew worse.
27. When she heard about Jesus she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment.
28. For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes I shall be made well.”
29. Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.
30. And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched my clothes?”
31. But His disciples said to Him, “You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, “who touched My clothes? ”
32. And He looked around to see her who had done this thing.
33. But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.
34. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well, Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”
She heard about Jesus and all the miracles the people were receiving. She begin to meditate on Jesus and how she could touch Him and receive. She Said with her mouth, “if I can but touch His garment, I will be healed.” What she was saying was her faith talking. When she acted out what she said and touched His garment, that faith that was in her became the substance of her hope, and her words became a living reality. She meditated on what she said and put her faith in action. She struggled and fought to get through the crowd to touch Jesus. Jesus told her, “your faith has made you whole.” There were two forces in the work. Her faith and the power of God in Jesus. Her faith touched God. The Lord will always be touched by faith. [Hebrews 11-6]
Faith is the substance of things hoped for. [Hebrews 11-1]
Hope is important but hope lacks substance until filled with faith. Hope is only a goal-setter. Her hope was to be healed, but hope didn’t heal her! Faith gave substance to her hope. Her faith gave substance to and brought about the manifestation of healing that was already hers because of the covenant. But she had to call for it. Mark 11-23,24 is the bible principle for calling for things that are not yet manifested. Other scriptures to study. [Mark 9-23, Luke 17-6 and John 3-36]
